Hi, our names are Drew and Wendy Poll and our company is Lakeshore Carpet Care. Drew started cleaning carpets in the West Michigan area back in 2000. Since then he has taken many prestigious classes resulting in him becoming an IICRC Master Certified Technician. We are not only a family owned and operated business, but are locally owned and operate in the Greater Mason, Manistee, Oceana, and Lake Counties. We have been in many Fortune 500 owners and CEO’s homes here in West Michigan and we can promise that you will get the best service and care for your home.

If you go to IICRC.org and look up certified technicians in the area you won’t find many. But if you look up a Master Certified Technician you won’t find one for another 75 miles!! We made the decision a long time ago to learn everything we could to provide the absolute best service!

Train them early!

Drew also applied for a Rug Apprenticeship that thousands of people all over the world apply for and only 20 people get accepted each year. Guess what? He got accepted and passed the nearly 6-month class! He was the only person in Michigan that had even gotten accepted!

Needless to say, we have been blessed beyond anything we could ever imagine. Drew gets to do something he loves to do on a daily basis, meets so many awesome people and on some days works with his amazing wife! You may hear her beautiful voice when calling in to set up an appointment or ask general questions. He stretched the carpet through the entire house to get the unsightly ripples out and then cleaned and Scotchgarded them for a terrific rate. He has helped with follow up care questions too. Incredible service! We have cat allergies and bought a home with previous cats. We called LCC to clean our air ducts and carpets and BAM! allergy troubles were gone. Excellent communication and professionalism to boot!

Exceeded our expectations both in quality of work and customer service!
